How to install suitable MCB to protect residential electrical appliances

Want to known about installing a Miniature Circuit Breaker for residential electrical appliances, here is a general step-by-step guide:

Always Safety First in Electrical Installation:
Before starting any electrical work take all precaution measures, ensure your safety by switching off the main power supply to your home at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as insulated gloves, tester and safety glasses.

Get ready with required Tools and Materials:
MCB of the appropriate rating and type suitable for your electrical load (Example: like 63a mcb, 10a mcb, 16a mcb).
Screwdriver
Wire cutters
Electrical tape
Marker or label

Identify the type of Circuit:
Identify the electrical circuit that you want to protect with the MCB. This circuit should be connected to the specific appliances you want to protect.

Select the Correct MCB:
Determine the required current rating for the MCB based on the total load of the circuit and the capacity of the wiring.
Ensure that the MCB type (single-pole mcb, double-pole mcb, triple-pole or four pole mcb) matches the wiring configuration.

Turn Off Power:
Once again ensure that the main power supply is turned off.

Remove the Cover:
Open the distribution board or electrical panel cover to access the existing circuit breakers.

Remove the old Circuit Breaker:
Identify the circuit breaker that corresponds to the circuit you want to protect with the MCB.
Use a screwdriver to loosen the terminal screws that hold the wires connected to the circuit breaker.
Carefully remove the wires from the circuit breaker terminals.

Install the MCB Perfectly:
Take the new MCB and insert the wires into the appropriate terminals.
Tighten the terminal screws securely to ensure proper electrical connections.

Label and Identify:
Use a marker or label to indicate the circuit or appliances protected by the new MCB. This will help you easily identify it in the future.

Test and ensure:
Double check all the connections and ensure they are secure.
Replace the electrical panel cover and fix it properly.

Restore Power:
